Toilet Paper Abuse Arrests

Seven fraternity members were arrested and charged with toilet paper abuse after authorities were tipped off by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Toilet Paper (ASPCTP).  The arrests culminated a months-long sting operation in which authorities, posing as college students, infiltrated the fraternity, sold the members rolls of toilet paper, and observed repeated satanic rituals involving abuse and torture of toilet paper.  Names of the individuals, fraternity, and university have been withheld at the request of (and substantial bribe paid by) university officials.  Trauma counseling is being provided for the surviving toilet paper.
